If you are having problems with the Life360 app, you can clear the cache files.
To do this, go to the app’s settings and select storage.
Next, tap on the option that says Clear Cache.
When done, restart the app.
Life360 will take a few moments to reload the startup files.
Depending on your preferences, you may want to hide the Life360 location sharing updates or turn them off completely.
To do so, simply open the Life360 app and tap on the Settings tab.
Once there, select the circle you would like to hide.
The app will automatically notify the circle you selected, and then you can disable location sharing.
Note: This will prevent the app from updating your location in the background.
This setting is only visible to you, not to other users.
In some cases, turning on airplane mode on your iOS device may interfere with your Life360 app.
This is because Airplane mode disables the GPS and Wi-Fi functions of your mobile device.
This prevents Life360 from receiving location updates and sharing your location with your inner circle.
Life360 users often report that their shared locations don’t update in real-time.
Although the app was designed to know your exact location in real-time, this problem can sometimes cause delays in updating the map.
Fortunately, this issue is easy to fix.
Simply refresh the map, and it will work properly again.
There are several ways to find out when Life360 is updated.
One is to log into Life360 using more than one device.
If you do this, the app will “bounce” back and forth from one device to another.
To avoid this, make sure to create separate accounts for each device.
Another way is to stop background applications on your mobile phone.
Some of these apps, also called “App Killers”, are advertised as battery-saving apps.
Requires data to update location
If you are a developer, you’re probably wondering whether your application needs to be updated to use ArcGIS location services.
Well, it depends on which version of ArcGIS you’re using.
For ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise users, this change isn’t required.
However, if you’re using an ArcGIS Developer account, you’ll need to do so in order to update your application.
If your Life360 app stops working after updating, there are several things you can do to resolve the issue.
Sometimes, the app crashes because it has run out of battery, or it has poor network connectivity.
In these cases, you can try clearing your Life360’s cache files.
You can do this by going into the settings of the app and selecting storage.
From there, choose Clear Cache.
Once the cache is cleared, restart your Life360 app.
It may take some time for it to load all the necessary startup files.
